Plain-English summary

Use Talesgram to share travel stories. Don't post things you don't have rights to. Don't use it to harass, deceive, or break the law. Be reasonable, and we will be too.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be 13+ years old. If you're under 18 in your jurisdiction, you must have parental consent.

2. Your content

You own your stories. By posting, you grant Talesgram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the service — including showing it to other users and helping people find it. You can revoke this license at any time by deleting the content.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or coordinated abuse.
• No content depicting or encouraging violence against people.
• No CSAM. Zero tolerance.
• No spam, scams, or impersonation.
• No content you don't have rights to post.
• Respect community guidelines — see community guidelines.

4. Premium tiers

Creator and Business subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time; full data deletion within 30 days.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Talesgram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any story or itinerary is accurate, safe, or appropriate for your trip.

7. Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim (or $100, whichever is greater).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, except where local consumer-protection law overrides.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
